Bailey's design philosophy and calculations are constantly interrogated and checked through the CIBSE recommended HEVACOMP systems to ensure no failures occur.Co-ordination of all services is undertaken at no extra cost to suit a fully co-ordinated, reflected ceiling plan with the production of colour co-ordinated plans to indicate the route and position of each item of equipment and service facilities. This requirement along with much detailed design with other respectve members of the design team on all william Bailey's schemes.
Various design initiatives are incorporated within William Baileys projects whenever possible to provide practical, aesthetically pleasing and fully co-ordinated bulidings.
Requests for information are always met with the speediest of responces and they actively encourage meetings with the client to reassure, confirm ans discuss any requirements they may have.

Co-ordination of operations with other trades to ensure any problems are resolved at the earliest opportunity prior to installation.
Forward Planning, Progress reporting and monitoring are acheived on each respective project by the weekly meetings with all sub-contractors and suppliers either on-site or at william baileys head office to ensure smooth and effective progress is maintained.
